ARRIVING BY TRAIN

If you are coming to France by train, you will arrive directly in Paris without any problem. You will find taxis at all the main Paris stations to take you to your final destination or you might like to take a bus or metro (metro and RER connect at Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon and Austerlitz stations, and metro only at Gare Saint-Lazare, Gare de l'Est and Montparnasse stations).

Getting from One Station to Another

If you are continuing your journey on to the provinces by train, you will probably have to change stations (see the map of the main Paris stations). If you have some time to spare leave your luggage in a locker, but do not lose the ticket.
